Bill Miles

Bill Miles is a seasoned IT professional with over 25 years of hands-on, project/program management, and leadership experience in software development, software testing, configuration management, customer support/help desk, networking/system administration, and long-haul communications. In 2020, they began working as a Program Manager for R.Dorsey+Company. Prior to this, they were a Program Manager for Quantrum, LLC from 2014-2020 and a Project Manager for Vana Solutions from 2013-2014. From 2005-2004, they were a Program Manager for the Air Force Knowledge Now (AFKN) program for Triune Group, Inc. Bill also served as the Chief, Mission Systems Division for the Air Force Weather Agency (AFWA), Offutt AFB, NE from 2004-2005. In this role, they managed the Air Force Weather’s $6M long-haul communications capability providing timely, reliable weather data in support of the Air Force-Army operational mission worldwide.

Bill Miles completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Wright State University from 1986 to 1989. In 2008, they obtained a CKM (Certified Knowledge Manager) from the Knowledge Management Institute in the field of Knowledge Management. Bill also attended Officer Training School, but did not receive a degree.
