Tim Cook

Tim Cook has over 40 years of experience in the business and technology industries. Tim began their career in 1970 as Vice President and senior designer at RICHARDSON/SMITH - FITCH Design, where they were a founding member of the firm's first business development team. During their time there, the team closed $600K in new business and identified $750K of additional project work within targeted markets.

In 1984, Cook joined Mount Carmel Health System as Director of Corporate Marketing and was later promoted to Assistant Vice President. Tim was responsible for directing the hospital's new regional marketing strategy and programs, and their design concepts for the hospital's centennial celebration, hi-tech areas-of-excellence, and affiliate hospital programs were significant.

In 1989, Cook established Cook Consultancy, where they researched, designed and executed marketing and branding strategies for a variety of clients. Tim's innovative public relations, communications and graphic designs played a pivotal role in launching a sustained community-wide historical architecture perseveration initiative.

In 1997, Cook joined R.DORSEY+COMPANY as Executive Vice President. Tim grew the firm's first fixed-fee global client from $1M to $6M in annual revenues and reduced the client's project costs by 76%. Tim's business leadership and smart strategy led to more strategic work and $14M+ in client revenues.

In 2014, Cook became a member of the Timber Framers Guild.

Tim Cook graduated from The Ohio State University in 1977 with undergraduate and graduate degrees in Industrial Design, specializing in Visual Communications and Design Planning & Analysis.
