David Kubala

David Kubala is currently serving as the Vice President of Water Infrastructure at R.G. Miller | DCCM. Prior to this, David has held various managerial and project director roles at companies such as Autodesk, AECOM, Thompson Engineering, and Pape-Dawson Engineers. David obtained their BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1992.
