Pennie Herring

Pennie Herring's work experience includes serving as a Mechanical Engineer II at Vanderweil Engineers since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Air Products in 2018, where they focused on cryogenic natural gas liquefaction technology and equipment and optimized lighting for efficiency and safety. In 2017, Pennie served as a Mechanical Engineering Co-Op at Air Products, where they analyzed pressure vessel components and consolidated engineering data. Additionally, they gained experience as an Executive Board Member for Colleges Against Cancer at the American Cancer Society from 2016 to 2017, contributing in various roles such as Entertainment Chair, Social Media Chair, and Survivorship Chair.

Pennie Herring completed their high school education at Middlesex School, where they obtained a High School Diploma between 2012 and 2015. Pennie then further pursued their academic career at Lehigh University from 2015 to 2019. At Lehigh, Pennie pursued a major in Mechanical Engineering and supplemented their studies with a Business Minor.
