Sam is a Mechanical Engineer registered as a PE in four states. His experience spans building systems design, construction, operations, and life cycle costing in the fields of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and automatic controls with particular expertise in healthcare and government projects. Sam leads the technical development of MEP systems working closely with clients and project teams throughout all phases of the project with emphasis on functional performance and sustainability. Sam has nearly 40 years of experience and holds a MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
