Mike Szablewski

Mike Szablewski has extensive experience in warehouse operations and management. Mike started their career at RJ Schinner Co., Inc. in 2009 as a Warehouse Associate and worked their way up to Warehouse Supervisor. In 2014, they joined Standard Electric Supply Co. as a Warehouse Manager, responsible for overseeing nine locations and managing a team of managers and associates. Mike was later promoted to Director of Warehouse Operations and was responsible for maintaining inventory, implementing automated processes, and managing the department budget. In 2020, they returned to RJ Schinner Co., Inc. as the Regional Director of Operations, and subsequently, they became the Senior Director of Warehouse Operations in 2021. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated skills in leadership, vendor contract negotiations, audits, and managing expansion projects.

Mike Szablewski completed their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Waukesha County Technical College between 2011 and 2014. In 2020, they enrolled at Purdue University to pursue a degree in Innovative Distribution, for which the end year is unknown. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Branch Management Boot Camp from the National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED) and Principles of Leadership Excellence (PLX) from MRA - The Management Association in 2015.
