Kimberly Latham

Kimberly Latham has been a VP of Operations at Van Drunen Farms since May 2016. Prior to that, Kimberly held various roles at Mars for over 16 years, including Site Director, Ice Cream Supply Director, Site Logistics Manager, Central IE, HR Manager, Area Manager, Site Safety, Security, and Environmental Manager, and Shift Manager. Kimberly also worked at The Dial Corporation as a Manufacturing Operations - Shift Team Leader and Project Engineer. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters in Business Administration from DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
