Isha Gandhi

Isha Gandhi is currently a Member of the Internet Committee at International Trademark Association (INTA) and a Senior Legal Associate at R K Dewan & Co. with extensive experience in advising and managing national and international clients on trademark and copyright protection. Isha has a background in law with a Bachelor of Laws from Bharati Vidyapeeth and a Master of Laws from Kurukshetra University. Isha has also obtained diplomas in Intellectual Property Law from Symbiosis Law School and World Intellectual Property Organization, as well as Cyber Law from Asian School of Cyber Laws. Throughout Isha's career, they have been involved in various internships and roles related to trademark, copyright, cyber law, and intellectual property matters.
