Gaurav Dikshit

Gaurav Dikshit is a seasoned professional with significant experience in the media and communications industry. Currently serving as the Director of The Exchange at Mindshare since May 2010, Gaurav manages key client operations across various categories, collaborating with specialist units to deliver complete communication solutions and drive revenue growth. Prior to this, Gaurav held the position of Media Controller at Media Direction, R K Swamy BBDO since March 2008, and served as an Account Manager at Starcom from 2007 to 2008, as well as a Business Manager at Mediacom from November 2004 to May 2007. Gaurav's educational background includes a degree from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication in Delhi, as well as HSC and SSC qualifications from Nowrosjee Wadia College and Boys' Town Public School, respectively.
