Holly Wood is a seasoned technical support analyst with extensive experience in the automotive software industry, currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Analyst III at R.O. Writer since October 2015. Responsibilities include providing tier III support for shop management and Point-of-Sale software, training fellow technicians, managing SQL databases, conducting quality assurance testing, and collaborating with development teams to address software issues.
