Fred Hines

Fred Hines is an experienced professional with a diverse background in training, forensic science, and crime scene analysis. Currently serving as an I2 Analyst at The Buffalo Group since July 2018, Fred also works as a Manpower, Personnel and Training Specialist at Zel Technologies LLC, where responsibilities include developing training programs and evaluating training needs. Previous roles include Lead Crime Scene Analyst at AMERICAN SYSTEMS, Access Control Specialist at New Age Protection, Incident Reconstruction Technical Analyst at Data Solutions & Technology Inc., Project Manager and Lab Director at HSA, and Crime Scene Investigator for both the Kinston Police Department and the Lenoir County Sheriff Department. Fred holds a Bachelor of Arts in Justice and Public Policy from North Carolina Wesleyan University and attended Lenoir-Rhyne University.
