Liv Chai

Liv Chai is a Data & Project Coordinator at The RSA. Liv previously worked as a Sustainability Auditor at Students Organising for Sustainability (SOS-UK) and as a Wholesale Intern at BALENCIAGA and TOD'S Group.

Liv completed sustainability IEMA training to audit departments at King's on their environmental and social sustainability progress. Liv conducted audits remotely with King's students and department managers.

At BALENCIAGA, Liv generated weekly shipping reports and overviews using warehouse data and SCDM (internal shipping database). Liv produced selling reports for each category through SkyPad (fiscal, by style, and weekly selling). Liv also assisted with organizing business overviews for the wholesale team (budget and competitive sales analysis), managed sample requests by coordinating with the Paris office and clients (handled international shipping and messenger services), organized appointments in COLORS, placed orders in JOOR, and created buy presentations for W20 market. Liv also assisted with seat allocation for the Paris Fashion Week runway show.

At TOD'S Group, Liv worked as a Wholesale Intern. Liv gained experience in the fashion industry and learned about the inner workings of a successful company.

Liv Chai graduated from Alamo Heights High School and went on to study Individualized Studies: Art Theirtory, Consumer Culture, and Fashion at New York University Gallatin School of Individualized Study. Liv later earned their Master's degree in Public Policy from King's College London. Chai has also received certification from the IEMA in Introduction to Auditing and Evaluating Behaviour Change Training, Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship in Gilman International Scholarship Alumni, New York University in Violet Leadership Institute Office of Residential Life and Housing Services Leadership Certificate Program, and Yoga Alliance in RYT 200 Hour.
