Ryan Mathews

Ryan Mathews is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in inside sales management and marketing. As the Inside Sales Manager at RS Hughes since October 2011, Ryan has played a vital role in managing the Kansas City branch, leading sales initiatives, and overseeing branch inventory while conducting performance reviews for the inside staff. Prior experience includes a Manager Trainee role at RS Hughes, where Ryan developed inventory management skills and contributed to sales growth in the Houston branch. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Ticket Sales Representative for the Houston Astros and a Marketing Intern at TTI Floor Care North America, where Ryan played a key role in sales promotions. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Rockhurst University and has additional early education from Strake Jesuit College Preparatory.
