Ted Mantos

Ted Mantos is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as an Account Manager at Grainger since June 2021 and as an Associate Broker in New Hampshire and Maine with the Bean Group since August 2020. Previously, Ted owned New Space Real Estate from January 2019 to August 2020, focusing on helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Ted co-founded Red Post Realty in June 2013, implementing web marketing strategies to enhance home-selling efficiency. Prior roles include serving as Sales Manager and Real Estate Agent at Sell My Timeshare Now from 2008 to 2013, where Ted managed the New Hampshire sales floor, drove conversion rates, and mentored team members. Ted holds an Associate's Degree in Telecommunications Technology from NHTI, Concord's Community College.
