Fariha Oyshee

Fariha Oyshee has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2016 to the present. Fariha began their career as a Classroom Assistant and Bus Monitor for the Toronto District School Board's Focus on Youth Summer Program. In this role, they assisted teachers with lessons, projects, and attendance, as well as served as a Bus Marshall for student transportation.

After that, Fariha worked as a Lead Staff Assistant in the After-School Day Care program for the Toronto District School Board. Fariha continued to support teachers and students while also communicating with parents as a Bus Marshall.

In 2017, Fariha served as a Day Camp Counselor and Bus Marshall for the YMCA of Greater Toronto. Fariha organized and supervised various camp activities and ensured the safety of campers during bus transportation.

Later that year, Fariha worked as a Sales Associate for Garage Clothing, gaining customer service and retail experience.

In 2018, Fariha became a Summer Camp Counselor and Planner at the Cecil Community Centre. Fariha collaborated with a team to plan and implement engaging activities for campers and managed budgetary concerns.

In 2019, Fariha took on multiple roles simultaneously. Fariha worked as an Office Assistant in Property Management for the University of Toronto, assisting property managers with administrative tasks and organizing data. Fariha also served as a Camp Counselor for Razor Management Inc., providing supervision and support to campers.

From 2020 to 2021, Fariha worked as a Math and Science Tutor for Paper, conducting tutoring sessions and maintaining positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Fariha also demonstrated strong time management skills by balancing work and full-time school.

After that, Fariha joined the Region of Peel as a Sustainable Transportation Analyst. In this role, they gained experience in active transportation design, monitoring, and roadway design. Fariha also contributed to report writing, data management, and attended meetings.

Currently, Fariha is working as a Project Designer at R.V. Anderson Associates Limited, where they are involved in design projects.
