Jj Young

JJ Young is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in client experience and customer success within the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as VP of Client Experience at R1 RCM since July 2025, JJ previously held roles at Augmedix from October 2017 to October 2024, where accomplishments included leading the Customer Success organization and driving significant revenue growth. JJ's tenure at Augmedix also featured the establishment of a robust account management function post-Series B fundraising. Prior roles include Head of Account Management at ClearCare and Senior Manager at Triage Consulting Group, where leadership involved managing cross-functional teams and generating substantial revenue benefits for healthcare clients. JJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
