Matt McMillion

Matt McMillion is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy and consulting. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Strategy at R1 RCM since October 2021, Matt previously held roles at Bain & Company as Associate Partner and Senior Manager, and at EY-Parthenon as Vice President, Engagement Manager, and Consultant. Matt's expertise includes client management, strategic oversight, and business development, demonstrated through leadership on numerous strategy and commercial diligence projects. Additionally, Matt has managed large teams and maintained executive relationships, particularly in the private equity sector. Earlier in their career, Matt held the position of Manager at Accretive Health, guiding performance measurement processes across major healthcare clients. Matt holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA in Economics and History from the University of Virginia.
