Norman Drews

Norman Drews currently serves as a Software Engineering Lead at R1 RCM since October 2023. Previously, Norman held various positions at Microsoft from September 2000 to September 2023, culminating in the role of Senior Cloud Solution Architect with a focus on Azure Consumption Revenue (ACR). In earlier roles as a Senior Premier Field Engineer and Premier Field Engineer, Norman provided critical technical guidance and troubleshooting, particularly in debugging user and kernel mode applications. Norman also worked as a Developer Support Engineer, specializing in technical support for web applications using Internet Explorer, addressing issues such as memory leaks and JavaScript errors. Norman holds a degree from Texas A&M University.
