Adesomope O.

Adesomope O. is a seasoned Senior Scrum Master at Nomi Health since June 2020, responsible for identifying engineering team dependencies, prioritizing products, and coordinating Scrum ceremonies while coaching and mentoring other Scrum Masters. Previously, Adesomope served as a Scrum Master at CCBank from January 2019 to May 2020, providing Agile coaching and leadership across the program delivery lifecycle and implementing an Agile governance model. Before that, Adesomope worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance from January 2015 to December 2018, leading large-scale projects using Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, while training teams in Agile and lean principles. Adesomope holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Houdegbe North American University Benin.
