Phil Milsom

Phil Milsom, CRCR, serves as the Regional Vice President of Sales at R1 RCM since July 2018, bringing extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Previously, Phil held the position of Client Partner at Encore, An emids Company from July 2016 to July 2018, and served as Regional Sales Director at IBM Watson Health for a brief period in 2015-2016. Earlier roles include Associate Solutions Advisor and Market Strategist at RelayHealth from June 2012 to October 2015, and Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems from August 2010 to June 2012. Phil earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Management and Finance from Florida State University, complemented by specialized training in sales methodologies, including Counter Intuitive Sales Training, Baker Communications Inc., and Miller Heiman.
