Trevor Torrence

Trevor Torrence is a seasoned legal operations professional with extensive experience in managing and improving legal functions within corporate environments. Currently serving as Senior Director of Legal Operations at R1 RCM since March 2019, Trevor leads efforts focused on commercial support. Prior experience includes a tenure at Sears Holdings Corporation, where Trevor held multiple roles from June 2010 to March 2019, including Director of Legal Operations and Manager, Counsel & Legal Operations. In these roles, Trevor managed digital initiatives, financial analysis, eDiscovery, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency while mitigating legal risks. Earlier in Trevor's career, a role as Counsel focused on discovery management and technology solutions, and an initial position as a Network Security Engineer at FactSet Research Systems from 2003 to 2005 provided a strong foundation in technology. Trevor holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a BS in Computer Science and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
