Guo Li

Guo Li is a senior scientist at R2M Pharma. Guo previously worked as a senior chemist at AnaSpec and as a postdoctoral researcher at Purdue University. Guo Li has experience in synthesizing active reagents of cyanine dyes, rhodamine dyes, fluorcein dyes, and other dyes. Guo has also optimized synthetic routes for these dyes and efficiently prepared protected unusual amino acids. Guo Li's research at Purdue University focused on designing and synthesizing small molecular-targeted drug conjugates for both imaging and therapeutic applications on a variety of human cancers. Guo also developed methodology for targeted drug delivery, such as developing different linkers for delivery and using photo labeling method to explore possible derivatization positions on small molecules for drug targeting.

Guo Li holds a Ph. D. in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Peking Union Medical College as well as a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Lanzhou University.
