Andrew Swikoski

Andrew Swikoski has a strong background in sales and business development. Andrew is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at R3 Composites since 2019. Prior to this, Andrew worked at Magna International from 2009 to 2019, where they held various roles including Global Product Line Director and Director of Business Development. During their tenure at Magna International, Andrew developed annual sales plans, managed the quoting process, and provided support to account teams. Before joining Magna International, Andrew worked at Meridian Automotive Systems from 1999 to 2009, where they held positions such as Director of Cost Estimating, Director of Sales, International Business Unit, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager. Andrew was responsible for managing sales groups, developing business strategies, and growing key accounts. Andrew also worked at Cambridge Industries, Inc. as an Engineering and Sales Liaison during their internships in 1996, 1997, and 1999.

Andrew Swikoski earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and Management from Northwood University in the period of 1996 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Walsh College between 2003 and 2006.
