David Woodward

David Woodward is currently the Chief Scientific Officer at R3 Ltd and has been the Director for the Centre of Studies Allied to Built Environment Research (SABER) at Ulster University since 1988. Woodward specializes in asphalt surfacing materials and properties such as grip, durability, and tire/surface interaction. In the past, Woodward has also worked as a Lecturer in Infrastructure Engineering and Research Officer in Highway Engineering. Education wise, Woodward attended Cookstown Highschool.
