Laurin Leonard

Laurin Leonard has over a decade of professional experience. In 2006, they began working as an Income Development Manager for the American Cancer Society. Two years later, they joined the National Cherry Blossom Festival as a Business Manager. In 2009, Laurin became Managing Member of Alex & Cole Consulting. In 2011, they took on the role of Lab Manager at Affinity Lab. In 2013, they worked as a Washington, D.C. Program Coordinator (Contractor) for Initiatives of Change - USA. In 2018, Laurin became the Chief Operations Officer and Co-Founder of R3 Score Technologies, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) business solution tailored for those with a criminal history. Most recently, in 2020, Laurin took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at R3 Score Technologies.

Laurin Leonard received a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Old Dominion University in 2006. Laurin then attended The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, where they obtained a Master of Science in Information Systems in 2017 and two dual certificates in 2010 and 2011 in Competitive Intelligence and Leadership Development for Minority Managers, respectively.
