Zach Greene is a seasoned real estate executive with extensive experience in asset management and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Asset Management Team Leader at R4 Capital LLC since September 2025, Zach Greene previously held the position of VP of Asset Services at Core Investments, Inc., where mentorship and management of a 30-property portfolio were pivotal in driving leasing and enhancing asset value. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Asset Management at MassDevelopment, overseeing diverse real estate assets, and Director of Commercial Properties, where Zach Greene achieved 100% occupancy in a significant mixed-use facility.
