Anita M. Fonseca-Williams

Anita M. Fonseca-Williams has held a variety of positions in the technology and business solutions industries since 2003. Anita began their career at Xerox in 2003 as Manager of Solution Business Development and Lean Six Sigma (LSS). In 2007, they were promoted to Strategic Business Unit Client Operations Director, where they led a 70+-member team and oversaw a $26 million P&L. During their time at Xerox, they also served as Global Service Delivery Executive, developing strategies for and overseeing execution of service delivery to named accounts. In 2016, Anita became Owner and Principle of Custom Business Solutions, LLC, partnering with client companies to solve business problems and drive performance improvements. Most recently, in 2018, Anita joined r4 Technologies as Vice President of Solution Assurance, where they created, enhanced, and perfected tools and methods to simplify and standardize the company's designs and processes.

Anita M. Fonseca-Williams holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and an Advanced Management Certificate from the College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Xerox in 2003.
