Ben Paris

Ben Paris has a long and varied work experience. Ben began their career in 2001 as a Consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton, then moved on to become a Senior Consultant and Associate for the same company. In 2004, they joined the Board Member of Coppermill HOA as Vice President and Treasurer, where they provided financial voice of the Board and the community, developed budget and managed finances of a 219-member Home Owner Association with an annual budget of $200k, and developed technical requirements for service contracts and contract selection criteria. In 2010, they became a Managing Consultant at IBM Global Business Services, where they worked as an Analytics consultant supporting both Federal and Healthcare entities. In 2012, they took on the role of Principal Organist & Pianist at First Christian Church of Alexandria. In 2014, they became the Principal Organist & Pianist at Oakton United Methodist Church. In 2015, they were elected President of the Board of Directors at Potomac Fairways Home Owners Association. In 2016, they joined SAS as Principal Analytics Adviser & Data Engineer and Senior Analytics Advisor & Pre-Sales Engineer. In 2021, they became a Senior Delivery Manager at C3 AI, leading a multi-disciplinary delivery team of data scientists, forward deployed software engineers, solution & cloud architects, and data integration experts in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML enabled predictive maintenance applications to the Air Force Rapid Sustainment Office. Finally, in 2022, they joined r4 Technologies as Director, Solution Architecture, Public Sector.

Ben Paris has an education history that includes a BS in Integrated Science and Technology, Information Management/Modeling and Simulation from James Madison University (1997-2001) and an MBA in Operations Research from the University of Maryland Global Campus (2005-2007). Ben also holds certifications from various institutions, including Coursera, SAS, and the Project Management Institute.
