Tara Kirby

Tara Kirby has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on senior leadership roles. Tara most recently worked at Aspira as a Sr. Director of FP&A starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of FP&A, Corporate at Neovia Logistics from December 2020 to October 2021. From August 2019 to October 2020, Tara was the Senior Director of FP&A at Solera, Inc. Tara also held various roles at Schneider Electric Software, including Director of Business Planning & Analytics from January 2017 to July 2019, and Finance Director of Financial Planning & Analysis from May 2013 to December 2016. Before joining Schneider Electric Software, Tara worked as the Senior Director of Corporate Controller at Invensys Operations Management from September 2011 to May 2013. Tara also served as a Finance Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Invensys Operations Management from November 2010 to November 2011. Tara began their career at Invensys, where they held the positions of Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis from 2009 to 2010 and Financial Controller of Benelux - Nordic from October 2007 to December 2008.

Tara Kirby earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Business Administration from The University of Kansas, where they attended from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Tara has also obtained two additional certifications: Introduction to Data Science from IBM in October 2020 and Introduction to Data Analysis using Excel from Microsoft in June 2019.
