Gerardo Vidauri is an accomplished restaurant management professional with extensive experience in high-volume dining establishments. Currently serving as General Manager at RA Sushi Bar Restaurant since December 2021, Gerardo successfully revitalized the restaurant's operations and increased sales significantly. Previously, at Cracker Barrel, Gerardo excelled as Interim General Manager, achieving $10 million in revenue during the pandemic while maintaining high food cost efficiency. Gerardo's expertise extends to designing and opening restaurants, as demonstrated during the tenure at Don Orange.
