Efrat Chomski

Efrat Chomski has a range of experience in human resources and operations. Efrat is currently the Head of Human Resources at Raam Security LTD, where they oversee various HR processes including recruitment, employee development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior to this role, they worked at Massad Group as the VP of HR and Operations, where they managed both operational and HR responsibilities such as recruitment and onboarding. Efrat also served as the Head of Operations at Massad Group, where they built the organizational infrastructure and was responsible for employee self-development. Earlier in their career, Efrat was the Headmaster at Rabin High-School in Kfar Saba Municipality, where they successfully implemented organizational improvements and increased the percentage of students receiving matriculation certificates. Overall, Efrat has a strong background in HR management, operations, and leadership.

Efrat Chomski attended Tel Aviv University from 1994 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government. Following a gap in their education, they then enrolled at Beit Berl College from 2011 to 2012, completing a Master of Arts degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services.
