Georgi Tomov

Georgi Tomov has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as a Recruitment Specialist at VIP Security Ltd since September 2020. Prior to this role, Georgi held the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant at SYNECTICA from May 2001 to September 2020, where responsibilities included personnel recruitment and selection, career planning, psychological testing, assessment centers, competencies-based interviewing, as well as training and development programs. Additionally, Georgi has contributed to various organizational consulting projects focusing on performance appraisal systems, job evaluation, incentive systems, job descriptions, organizational design, and defining organizational culture. Georgi holds a master's degree in psychology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, obtained between 1995 and 2000.
