Jenna Pallecone

Jenna Pallecone is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Rabbit Hole Distillery since May 2021. Prior roles include Fine Dining Bartender at Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment and Bartender at TAO Group. Jenna previously worked as a Fine Dining Server at Hakkasan Group and as a Guest Teacher for the Clark County School District. Additional experience includes a Beverage Server position at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and managerial roles at Chapins. Jenna began their career as a Sales Marketing Assistant at ProSource Motorsports. Jenna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northern Illinois University, where studies occurred from 2009 to 2011.
