Mikaela Alcântara has been working in the customer service industry since 2014. Mikaela began their career as an Atendente de telemarketing at MAPFRE, then moved on to become an Estagiário at rede de postos Pantanal in 2019. In 2020, they joined Arquivei as an Analista Junior de Customer Experience and was promoted to Analista Pleno I de Customer Experience. Most recently, they began working as a Customer Support at Rabbot in 2022.
Mikaela Alcântara is currently studying Psicology at Centro Universitário Central Paulista, which they began in 2018 and is expected to graduate in 2023.
