Bart Bierens

Bart Bierens is a Professor of Banking Law & Financial Regulation at Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen and serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Rabobank's Corporate Legal Department. They hold a PhD in Law from Tilburg University, earned in March 2009, and have managed legal teams within the banking sector.
