Fenneke Kwint-Bousema

Fenneke Kwint-Bousema serves as the Director/Owner of FIRENS Interim & Advies since October 2005, specializing in organization development and human resource management through projects, interim positions, coaching, and training. In addition, Fenneke has been a Commissioner on the Supervisory Board of Rabobank Maas & Waal - Oost Betuwe since October 2014. Fenneke has held several interim and leadership roles, including Teamlead HR a.i. at Alberdingk Thijm Scholen and Head of HRM a.i. at Stichting Meerkring, among others. With a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Fenneke also possesses further education in HRM vision and organization coaching.
