Sherif Osama El-Demairy

Sherif Osama EL-Demairy is a Senior DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in IT service management and data analytics. Currently working at Rabobank since July 2022, Sherif focuses on coaching colleagues and ensuring efficient knowledge sharing. At Swisscom, Sherif has been involved in supporting customers with incidents related to BMC Remedy ITSM applications since March 2021, while also customizing workflows to meet specific needs. Prior to these roles, Sherif developed high-level design solutions at _VOIS and gathered stakeholder requirements at Vodafone, where responsibilities also included incident management and user access support. Sherif's educational background includes a postgraduate diploma in Big Data and Data Science from Nile University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
