Cettina Raccuia

Cettina Raccuia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership, innovation, and member experience design. Currently serving as the General Manager of Member Experience & Design and Head of RAC CoLAB at RAC WA since October 2016, Cettina leads initiatives focused on enhancing member engagement and exploring new ideas through collaborative efforts. Previously, Cettina has held significant roles such as Leader of Member Centred Transformation, where transformative design sprints were developed, and Operations and Innovation Manager at Perth Diabetes Care, where operational practices for chronic health services were established. Cettina's background includes consulting, program management in education, and a strong academic focus, with ongoing doctoral studies in design at Curtin University, complemented by a Master of Business Leadership and other relevant qualifications.
