Melissa Ong

Melissa Ong is an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in various roles across multiple sectors, including telecommunications, finance, and energy. Currently at RAC WA since July 2019, Melissa has previously held senior analyst positions at Keystart Home Loans and SMS Management & Technology, where notable projects included the Subsurface Document Management Project for INPEX and the Subsurface Data Management Program for Chevron. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at CSG Services Pty Ltd, CGI, and Accenture, where Melissa contributed to significant initiatives such as the Telstra Transformation Credit Management Program and the Verizon projects. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Ateneo de Manila University.
