Ricardo C. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ricardo started their career at iiNet in 2009 as a Marketing Manager, responsible for managing a large customer base and offering internet, mobile, telephony, cloud, and hosting services. Ricardo then moved to Optus in 2014, where they held multiple roles, including Digital Marketing Manager for Amaysim, a mobile virtual network operator, and Marketing Manager for small to medium-sized businesses. At Optus, they focused on customer lifecycle management and implementing strategies to reduce churn and increase product holdings. In 2018, Ricardo joined Initiative as the National Head Of Digital, overseeing digital planning and working closely with programmatic traders. Ricardo later became the Head of Digital in the Perth office, leading a team and working with clients such as RAC, Tourism WA, and Lotterywest. In 2021, Ricardo joined Satterley Property Group as the Head of Digital, contributing to the development of vibrant residential communities. Currently, Ricardo is the Media Performance Lead at RAC WA, where they utilize their skills to grow the organization's trusted brand.

Ricardo C. has a Bachelor of Business degree in Management & Marketing from Edith Cowan University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Ricardo also received a Bachelor of Business (Scholarship) degree in Management & Marketing from the University of South Florida in 2006. Additionally, they completed a Digital Strategy program with a Dux Award at Adschool in 2010. In 2018, Ricardo C. became a Google Adwords Certified Professional through the Google Mobile Academy. Ricardo is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Western Australia, with the degree deferred. Ricardo C. is also a Google Display Certified Professional.
