Alba Morales Mayo

Alba Morales Mayo is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the HR Development & Leadership Specialist at RACC since June 2023. Previously, Alba held various roles at Sercotel Hotels from 2017 to July 2023, including Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist and HR Recruiter & Talent Development, where responsibilities included selection processes, employer branding strategies, and the development of training programs.
