Terry McIrvin has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. They started their career as a Teaching Assistant at California State University, Bakersfield, where they provided tutoring and assistance in C++ programming and taught a class on Microsoft Office Suite. In 2014, Terry joined Fred The Phone Man as a Dispatcher/Technician, handling scheduling and technical tasks until 2018. Since 2018, Terry has been working at Race Communications in various roles. They started as a Dispatcher, handling dispatch duties until 2019 when they transitioned to a Customer Relationship Agent, managing customer relationships. In 2021, Terry was promoted to Level 1 Lead, overseeing a team. Currently, Terry holds the position of Customer Support Manager, responsible for managing customer support operations at Race Communications.

Terry McIrvin obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from Antelope Valley College between 2004 and 2008. Following this, Terry pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science at California State University, Bakersfield from 2009 to 2013.
