Pat Hiller is currently the Vice President of Franchise Development at Rachel's Kitchen. Prior to this, Pat worked as a National Account Executive at Starbucks Coffee Company from February 2010 to February 2016. There, they were responsible for seven eastern divisions, tracking store development nationwide, executive leadership business planning and review, and contract compliance. This resulted in a 24% increase in sales over the previous year. Pat also oversaw the rollout of the LVM training, IMDS site request/approval process, development of kiosk segmentation initiative for national rollout, and served as liaison over six annual national promotional activities for approximately 600 stores.

Before Starbucks, Pat was the Director of Franchising at Dunkin' Brands, Inc. from January 2007 to August 2008. There, they were part of the Franchise Sales Team and covered the southeast from Kentucky south through Florida; from the Miss. River to the east coast. Her primary responsibility was to source, qualify, negotiate, and sell franchise territories of 20+ locations to the larger franchise candidates. In 2008, they sold over 200 stores which on average generated annual sales of $221M and royalty fees of $13M annually - contributing $8.8M in franchise fee income upon contract execution.

Pat Hiller has a BS in Zoology from The Ohio State University.
