Lateria Shaw

Lateria Shaw currently serves as Deputy Clerk and has held the position of Village Administrator at Racine County since January 2013. Between December 2018 and April 2023, Lateria worked as a Service Coordinator for the Birth to 3 Program at the Racine County Opportunity Center. Additionally, Lateria gained experience through a legislative internship with the Office of Greta Neubauer in the Wisconsin State Legislature from 2018 to 2019. Lateria's educational background includes a Child Welfare Certificate in Human Services & Health from Gateway Technical College, a Climate Change and Health Certificate from Yale School of Public Health, a Spanish Proficiency Certificate, and studies in Criminal Justice with a focus on Juvenile Justice from Gateway Technical College and Leadership Racine.
