Alexia Ruleta

Alexia Ruleta is a legal professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, general corporate law, and commercial agreements. Beginning as an Associate at Magellan (Mazars&Associés) from September 1999 to December 2003, Alexia progressed to a Senior role at Alerion Société d'Avocats until March 2007, followed by a position as Senior Associate at Eversheds LLP until April 2011.
