Sam McCartney

Sam McCartney is an experienced property development professional currently serving as the General Manager of Property Development at Melbourne Racing Club since May 2019, having previously held the position of Property Development Manager. Prior to this role, Sam was with Currie & Brown from August 2016 to May 2019 as a Development Manager and Property Adviser, after beginning as an Assistant Development Manager. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Property Valuer with WBP Property Group from May 2014 to August 2016 and as an Assistant Valuer at Snowden Valuers from January 2013 to May 2014. Sam holds a Bachelor of Property and Real Estate with a Marketing focus from Deakin University and has completed various professional certifications related to property development and valuation.
