Shahbaz Khan

Shahbaz Khan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Shahbaz started their career in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Loadmaster and Transportation Coordinator, where they were responsible for loading and off-loading cargo, performing pre-flight and post-flight preparations, and assisting with aircraft systems management. After leaving the military, Shahbaz worked as an Air Logistics Coordinator at KBR, Inc., providing movement control support for cargo and personnel transportation.

Continuing their career in the logistics field, Shahbaz joined International Auto Processing as a Shipping Coordinator. In this role, they arranged and tracked vehicle shipments, led asset consolidations, and conducted final inspections.

Moving into a different industry, Shahbaz worked as a Distribution & Logistics Specialist II at PDS Tech, Inc. under a Gulfstream Aerospace contract. Here, they communicated with maintenance customers, prepared parts for shipment, and handled dangerous goods in compliance with regulations.

Shahbaz also gained experience in IT roles. Shahbaz served as an Information Technology Specialist in the Georgia National Guard, followed by an IT role at Glynn County Schools as a Desktop Support Technician. In both positions, Shahbaz conducted troubleshooting, resolved complex problems, and managed technological assets.

Additionally, Shahbaz held a Tier 3 Help Desk Specialist position at Abacus Solutions Group, where they researched and resolved complex problems, triaged help desk incidents, and resolved ticket escalations.

Most recently, Shahbaz joined the Air National Guard as a Tactical Network Administrator (Apprentice), where they deployed, sustained, and repaired network infrastructure systems, as well as coordinated network design and troubleshooting.

In the future, Shahbaz will be starting a role as an IT Operations Specialist at Rackner, further expanding their expertise in the IT field.

Shahbaz Khan attended College of Coastal Georgia from 2016 to 2019 and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Workforce Management and Leadership. Additionally, they attended Cochise College from 2017 to 2018 and earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Unmanned Aircraft Sciences. In terms of certifications, Shahbaz obtained the CompTIA A+ ce Certification and CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA, as well as the Part 107 Remote Pilot's License from the Federal Aviation Administration. Shahbaz also holds the TestOut Client Pro Certification from TestOut Corporation.
