Jim Weinheimer

Jim Weinheimer currently serves as the Vice President of Data Center Operations at Rackspace Technology, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Jim led the solutions engineering team at Cato, focusing on software-defined power solutions for data centers from June 2020 to January 2024. Prior experience includes serving as the Head of Data Center at Uber Technologies, where Jim managed data center design and operations, expanding capacity significantly. Jim also contributed to Uber's Advanced Technologies Group, developing data infrastructure for autonomous vehicle projects, and worked at UPMC as a Systems Analyst overseeing corporate data center facilities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a CDCMP in Data Center Management from CNet.
