Denice Pitt

Independent non-executive director appointed in November 2019. She is Chief Executive Officer of Online Education Services (OES) since July 2011. She has Over 25 years’ leadership experience in the telecommunications, technology and outsourcing industries.

Currently a non-executive director of Firbank Grammar, Studiosity Pty Ltd and Proversity Ltd. Formerly non-executive director of Good Shepherd Microfinance. Holds a Masters of Business Management and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors
