Eric Higashino

Eric Higashino is a seasoned User Experience Design Lead with extensive experience in enhancing user satisfaction and product strategy across multiple sectors, including technology and finance. At RACV, Eric leads UX design for the arevo app, substantially increasing monthly active users and overall user satisfaction through innovative features and strategic user engagement. Previous roles include leading market and product research at Cbus Super Fund, where Eric developed a new product service design model, and at National Australia Bank, where the design of financial tools resulted in double-digit conversion uplifts. With a solid foundation in software design and product development, Eric has successfully managed user experience projects for various organizations, including AGL Energy and Telstra, consistently leveraging user research to drive design improvements and optimize customer interactions. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UC San Diego and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
